Rilta Shaguda

Rilta Shaguda is the charismatic founder of Havenbourne, as well as a world-renowned inventor and engineer, with his most notable creations being the first caesium-powered computer; an extremely compact and safe energy converter for underground caesium powerplants that he freely shares the blueprints for; and a device called the Sunshade that can detect Sunstone Disease hours after infection. He's also a historian and author, specifically focusing on the pre-war period and also on the past behind The Church of the Isotope, with his workshop and home library full of his own writing in hand-bound books.

He's the son of Lygari, God of Chaos, and the adoptive father of Jemma Tsukha. He's married to Morgan Shaguda and later also falls in love with 125 after they're reawakened.
